This is my blog for the module Portfolio Development. I’m a student in my 2nd year of Media Makeup and SFX. Here, I will be including pictures, videos and screenshots to give insight to how I have arranged and carried out my photoshoots to exhibit my work.

I’m hoping to show a diverse range of beauty and SFX makeups, as in the industry I want to work on a variety of different types of makeup. I’m going to be trying some experimental looks which I haven’t had the chance to otherwise try.

Initially I want to try to photograph the shoots myself as I have some specific ideas for posing and looks which I want to direct myself. After this I am going to consider reaching out to some of my photography contacts to see if they would be interested in collaborating on any projects or if they had any ideas in mind that they want to bring to life.
